Andy suffered a severe spinal cord injury that has left him paralyzed from the neck down. Andy will require a new home which needs to be retrofitted to accommodate him. There is a long list of medical equipment that Andy needs for his daily care that is not covered by insurance. He will need a shower wheel chair, a hoyer lift, daily nursing care, a customized van, etc.
